Betting stocks are expanding at a rapid rate. The global gambling market is expected to reach $647,000 billion by 2027 — that’s only six years from now!

Names like Penn National Gaming and Draftkings have been on every investor’s watchlist lately, and I don’t anticipate that to stop anytime soon.

But what about the stocks that aren’t so obvious?

I’ve found two more gambling stocks to watch in 2021 that I think have the potential for big growth and offer great risk/reward ratios.

The first gambling stock to watch in 2021 is Roundhill Sports Betting & iGaming ETF (NYSEARCA: BETZ)

It’s actually the first index globally designed to track the performance of the sports betting and iGaming industry. That’s right, folks. It has global exposure.

That means the ETF offers plenty of diversification to the rest of the world, targeting Europe and Asia.

(Disclaimer: I think it’s best to stick to ETFs right now because the overall sector is speculative in nature and could experience volatility over the next few months. I’ll begin looking at individual gambling stocks after the market cools off a bit, so be sure to watch out for those videos in the future.)

This gambling stock to watch in 2021 has 30 holdings in its portfolio, including a few of my most favorite betting stocks and the ones I mentioned above like Penn National Gaming Inc (Nasdaq: PENN) and Draftkings Inc (Nasdaq: DKNG)

The U.S. is the largest country with net asset exposure, or the difference between a hedge fund’s long and short positions. Shown as a percentage, the number measures the degree to which a fund’s portfolio is vulnerable to market volatility.

For those of you wondering, Roundhill’s net asset has increased by 39% since the ETF started trading in June of 2020.

And if we want to get technical, the ETF is trading near all-time highs, and is showing remarkable relative strength in relation to some stocks that have been trading lower, like the FANG stocks that haven’t traded past their Sept. 2 highs.

But Roundhill isn’t the only gambling stock to watch in 2021 that I’m giving away today…

Check out my short video below to get the second ticker and then share your thoughts in the comment section below. What do you think of these two gambling stocks to watch in 2021
